These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EasyFitness website, related pages, and subscription or verification flows (collectively, the "Service").
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service or completing any subscription or activation flow. By using the Service or submitting your mobile number for subscription or verification, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Service.
1. Service Operator

2. About the Service
EasyFitness is a subscription-based digital fitness content service. The Service is designed to provide access to fitness-related content and tools, which may include:
- workout programs;
- meal plans or nutrition guidance;
- progress tracking tools;
- motivational or challenge content;
- goal-based fitness support;
- guided workout content for supported devices.
The Kuwait page describes EasyFitness as including nutrient and calorie tracking, training programs of different complexity, more than 150 exercises from professional trainers, and content across beginner, weight loss, muscle gain, strength, and flexibility categories.
The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
3. Eligibility
You may use the Service only where permitted by applicable law. EasyFitness is not directed to children. Minors may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. You must also be authorized to use the mobile number and billing method submitted during the subscription or verification process.
4. Subscription Flow
To subscribe, you may be required to:
- enter your mobile number;
- confirm the PIN code or OTP sent by SMS; and
- complete the operator billing activation flow.
The EasyFitness Kuwait page expressly states that users enter their phone number and confirm the PIN code sent by SMS, and that after clicking "Continue to subscribe" they will receive a PIN message to confirm the subscription.
You are responsible for ensuring that: the mobile number you submit belongs to you or that you are authorized to use it; the information you provide is accurate; you review the subscription terms before confirming activation.
5. Pricing and Billing
EasyFitness is a paid subscription service billed through your mobile operator where applicable. The Kuwait page states that the subscription is charged to the user's mobile bill and that recurring charges apply until cancelled.
Kuwait pricing currently displayed on the Service:
- Zain Kuwait: 0.7 KWD per week; first day free
- STC Kuwait: 0.2 KWD per day
- Ooredoo Kuwait prepaid: 0.2 KWD per day, first day free
- Ooredoo Kuwait postpaid: 3.5 KWD per month
VAT is included where applicable, as stated in the FAQ on the Kuwait page. Pricing, billing frequency, taxes, and availability may vary by operator, market, billing provider, or service configuration. Users should always review the pricing and billing details shown in the relevant subscription flow before completing activation.
6. Free Trial / Introductory Terms
Where expressly stated in the applicable flow, promotional or introductory conditions may apply. For the current Kuwait flow, the Service states "First day free" for Zain Kuwait users. Any such introductory condition applies only where specifically displayed and does not automatically apply to all operators, countries, billing flows, or users.
7. Automatic Renewal
Where stated in the applicable subscription flow, the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled. The Kuwait page repeatedly states that the service is automatically renewed until cancelled, including both in the main subscription disclosure and in the footer terms text. If your subscription renews automatically, recurring charges may continue according to the applicable billing period until you cancel using the relevant cancellation method.
8. Cancellation and Unsubscribe
You may cancel your subscription at any time using the cancellation method applicable to your operator or subscription flow. The current Kuwait page provides the following operator-specific cancellation methods:
- Zain: send UNSUB EF to 93052
- STC: send STOP2 to 50365
- Ooredoo: send STOP 1 to 1371

In addition, the site contains an Unsubscribe page that allows users to submit a mobile number to request unsubscription. Cancellation generally stops future renewals in accordance with the applicable operator flow or billing cycle. Cancelling does not automatically reverse charges already applied for the current active billing period unless required by applicable law.
9. Refunds
Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise in the applicable offer, charges already applied may be non-refundable. If you believe a billing error has occurred, you should contact support and provide enough information to identify your subscription, such as: mobile number used for the subscription; operator name; country; approximate subscription date; brief description of the issue. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights that may apply under applicable law.
10. Service Availability and Access
We aim to keep the Service accessible and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Availability may depend on: device compatibility; operator support; network conditions; technical maintenance; market or billing limitations; legal or compliance requirements.
The Kuwait page states that EasyFitness may be used on desktop, mobile, and tablet, and refers to online and offline access as well as downloadable content and workout videos. These features should be available only to the extent actually supported in the current product experience. We may suspend, limit, or modify access where reasonably necessary for maintenance, technical reasons, service updates, fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Service in an unlawful or unauthorized way; interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Service; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; use scripts, bots, automated tools, or abusive technical methods in connection with the Service; misuse the subscription, verification, or operator billing flow. We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe that the Service is being misused or that these Terms have been violated.
12. Content and Intellectual Property
All content, layout, design elements, branding, text, graphics, and other materials made available through the Service are owned by or licensed to Inspiritum Ltd, unless otherwise stated. Use of the Service does not transfer any ownership rights to you. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, or exploit any part of the Service except where permitted by applicable law or with our prior written permission.
13. Third-Party Services and Operator Environments
The Service may involve integrations or interactions with third parties, including: mobile operators; technical infrastructure providers; analytics providers; related service partners. We are not responsible for third-party websites, operator portals, billing systems, or services that are not owned or controlled by us. Your use of such third-party environments may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
14. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. The current EasyFitness site privacy materials identify Inspiritum Ltd as the operator and describe collection and processing related to phone number, IP address, technical data, and billing-related information. By using the Service, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy and as required to operate subscription, verification, billing-related, security, and support functions.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that: the Service will always be uninterrupted or error-free; the Service will always be available on every device, network, or operator; the Service will meet every user's expectations or deliver specific fitness outcomes. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Inspiritum Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, or service interruption arising out of or related to the use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation would be unlawful.
17. Changes to the Service and to These Terms
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service from time to time for legal, commercial, technical, or operational reasons. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after such update may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms, where permitted by applicable law.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to Inspiritum Ltd, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise. Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with applicable law and competent jurisdiction requirements.
